TRAINING ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Within the completing activities on the project `Development and improvement of SME in the field of increasing of energy efficiency in construction`, supported by LEDIB programme in the Centre for the development of entrepreneurship of Palilula Municipality, one day seminar took place for the entrepreneurs, representatives of partner organizations (Opeka Brik, Administration for planning and construction of the City of Nis, EKOPOLIS – media ecologic net of Serbia) and other project participants. About the topic `How to make energy efficient object` spoke Miroljub Stankovic, and about Legal and institutional surrounding for the implementation of the measures of energy efficiency in construction` (on the basis of EU regulation and international standards), spoke Svetislav Pantic.
President of Palilula Municipal Assembly Milos Stojkovic, spoke with the participants and speakers of the seminar about future cooperation, specially within the work of Center for energy efficiency – CEE, that is formed thanks to this project in Palilula Municipality.
On the basis of determined by Law range of EE, from September 1 these buildings in Serbia will be certified and will have energy passport that goes together with the request for issuing Use Permit. With the support of LEDIB programme in our Municipality was also formed Center for energy efficiency CEE like association of legal and physical entities based upon the support and implementation of energy efficiency in construction-concept of profitable construction and reconstruction of the objects according to standards of low energy and passive houses – emphasized Stojkovic.
Members – partners of the associations can be interested architects, designers, representatives of construction firms, producers of construction material and equipment and other professionals interested for passive houses and energy efficiency.
Education of the entrepreneurs and citizens is the activity that has special significance in realization of determined objectives of the Strategy of introducing Energy passport as a document on energy efficiency – buildings features, it is said in EKOpolis net. This project is a part of activities of the supports of LEDIB programme that is dedicated to local economic development of the Balkans and it is focused on the development of sectors and small and medium enterprises – SME in Nis region.
